Collecting all the data you need in the right contact properties.
Why is this important? Because we discovered sales teams have internal processes that they do adhere to. Like sending an email to accounts to have an account set up in SAP. So we created a snippet that all the necessary bits of data so it could be used in a task for account setup.
There’s no way to tell from the contact timeline which social post a person clicked on that brought them to the site.
